Our mission is to sustain and honor the memory of LTC. Mark Patrick Phelan (KIA in Mosul, Iraq Oct.13, 2004) and all who have answered the call of duty. Driven by LTC. Phelan’s desire to support the enlisted soldiers, we will strive to financially aid wounded veterans, and the spouses and children of soldiers who have been killed in action. We will do our utmost to honor the memory of all Marine, Naval, Air Force, National Guard and Reserve personnel who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
