Customer Service Agent

This position is a great career opportunity for someone who has professional experience in residential solar PV customer service or similar construction customer service experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Resolve customer complaints from the office
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in solar monitoring systems. (SolarEdge)
  • Ability to resolve billing and production questions/concerns
  • Must be very organized and be able to meet timeline expectations
  • Must deliver a high level of customer service
  • Follow up with clients and provide clients with solutions
  • Escalate issues not resolved to Senior Project Manager and learn resolve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license

Tasks for Success:

  • Participate in required weekly/monthly meetings
  • Manage a multiple customer service issues to find solutions and enhance customer experience
  • Advise on company information

Electrician

This position is a great career opportunity for someone who has professional experience in residential solar PV installations or construction experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot/cold weather)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
  • NEC codes that relate to PV installations
  • Must be very organized and be able to meet timeline expectations
  • Must deliver a high level of customer service
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on high roofs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license

Tasks for Success:

  • Participate in required weekly/monthly safety meetings and set the example for your team
  • Run conduits and wiring on roof
  • Install penetrations, racking and solar panels
  • Change plans accordingly and come up with solutions
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Communicate with field project manager frequently
  • Maintain safety at job site
  • Maintain and manage solar installation crew including lunch and break times
  • Maintain company truck keeping it full and clean
  • Proudly maintain the highest quality of installations
  • Take and submit required quality control pictures
  • Install, wire, troubleshoot Enphase, SolarEdge, and SMA inverters
  • Install UNIRAC, IronRidge, and ProSolar Racking systems

Sales Consultant

This position is a great career opportunity for someone who has professional experience in residential solar PV sales or similar construction sales consultant experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in solar PV system area
  • Computer skills – Excel, Adobe, Gmail etc.
  • Reporting skills and tools
  • Fast typing and program management
  • Multitasking and scheduling

Tasks for Success:

  • Inbound and outbound solar consultations
  • Gather information from homeowner and provide detailed consultation based on site conditions
  • Provide solar design using various design tools, provide solar proposals
  • Manage customer expectations by following company sales and consultation guidelines
  • Email campaigns and referral source activities
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships throughout the whole project
  • Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
  • Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers

Job Duties:

  • Product Knowledge – about solar brand and equipment, financing and leasing options. Be familiar with solar market and technology.
  • Qualification Questioning- Ability to ask qualifying questions and be able to understand customer needs.
  • Closing Techniques – There will be no success without closing skill
  • Time Management – With many daily tasks and activities, it is important to be able to have the good time management system. Time management is key to success.
  • Post-Sale Relationship Management – Be able to manage not only new leads, also handle post-sales customers in order to provide best customer experience, to get more referrals and be successful.
  • Digital Savvy – MS Office, Adobe, Docu-sign, Salesforce, CRM tools, Mapping tools, online solar platforms – All these tools are created to improve time managements, closing ration and number of sales. It is a key requirement to be digital savvy.
